	ACE was there as a primary sponsor (along with the local Sierra Club) and to answer questions on Arlington transportation options.
Of course there are fundraisers, such as the Wine Tasting event held last year.
	This year's annual meeting featured the new County Board Chair, Walter Tejada.
As well as Dr. Matthew Wasson of Appalachian Voices - keeping the membership informed on current environmental issues.
	The first annual "Green Learning Challenge" brought issues of renewable energy and recycling to the elementary classrooms of Arlington. The award ceremony was held at an Arlington School Board meeting.
